Shipping

All orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), so you will need a mailbox at your location to receive your package or if you have a post office box, a notice will be left to pick up your package. 

All products have a shipping cost based on weight and dimensions.  Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Domestic orders totaling under 13 ounces will be shipped First Class (that is the weight limit for First Class).  Those orders exceeding 13 ounces will be shipped Priority Mail.  Postage costs will automatically be entered at checkout.

International orders are shipped USPS Priority International or Priority Express International, by your choice  Any customs duties, fees or taxes that may be charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Domestic: You may return Colloidal Silver Generator Packages and Barebone Packages within 15 days for a full refund, if the silver wire has not been used.  If the silver wire has been used, please keep it, because it is not resellable.  A fee of $9 for 14 gauge, $14 for 12 gauge and $19 for 10 gauge 6-inch wire pairs will be deducted from the refund.  Colloidal Silver Generator Packages and Barebones Packages  can also be returned within 16 to 30 days, but a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund and the used silver wire fee will be assessed, if the silver wire has been used.  No returns after 30 days. Return postage paid by the buyer.

Silver wire and accessories can be returned within 15 days, if unused.  No returns after 15 days.  Return postage is paid by the buyer.

We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product).

If you need to return an item, simply go "My Account" and login.  View the order by clicking on the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button.  We'll notify you via email when your return has been authorized and the email will contain the return address.

When we receive the returned item(s) , we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund, usually withn 5 days.

International: No returns accepted.
